We're a startup with many possibilities, but now we expect hard work and a lot of code written. That’s also why we need you to help us bring our practices and code to the next level by guiding others or just inspiring them with your code and coding manners.

Our engineering team is structured into frontend, backend, and mobile squads, collaborating in an agile environment with two-week sprints, standups, and retrospectives.


What you'll work on

  • Build and enhance features on the Spaceflow platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Take ownership of our event-driven architecture, making critical technical decisions to shape its future.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform development processes and workflows from a developer’s perspective.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, the team lead, UX designers, and product managers to design and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Architect and implement new key components, shaping them from conceptual whiteboard sketches to production-ready code.
  • Refactor, maintain and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business and technical needs. 

About you

  • 5+ years of experience architecting and developing SaaS products.
  • Deep expertise in PHP (Symfony), with proven experience in large, scalable systems.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and guide technical discussions
  • Strong architectural mindset, able to handle complex system design challenges.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open to learning new technologies and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like Jira.

 

We'd love it if you had

  • Experience designing and building scalable and high-performance systems.
  • A solid grasp of application security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud services.
  • A DevOps mindset, appreciating infrastructure as code and CI/CD workflows.
