Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle to achieve the product vision.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to product launch, ensuring impactful user experiences.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using tools like Figma to test and enhance product experiences.
  • Utilize UX research to validate design decisions and effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.
  • Drive strategy and decision-making regarding product direction, owning feature designs across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in end-to-end product design with strong interaction and visual design skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex design projects with minimal supervision and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives into actionable design solutions.
  • Passion for accessible and inclusive design with expert experience in Figma.
