Popis pozice

Your main responsibilities are

- provide technical support in planning, realization, and integration of Microsoft Client / Server environments, as well as network environments,

- responsible for the maintenance, configuration of IT infrastructure, network, and security components,

- troubleshoot hardware and software issues, documenting problems and resolutions (1st and 2nd level support locally and globally),

- install and upgrade computer components and software,

- perform user account setup on workstations and mobile devices,

- ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls,

- perform any related IT work as assigned,

- perform regular backup/restore operations migration and upgrades,

- responsible for the continuous improvement of IT systems,

- on-call duty
