Innovate is  a leading Software as a Service consortium based in London is looking for talented Front End Developers to join our Prague team. 

The post is office based, working on both large team projects and smaller individual projects that fit together to create a Global e-Commerce & Messaging platform plus ongoing support and additions as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Joining diverse technical team, you will assume responsibility for all aspects of front end development including interactions with RESTful API
  • Work closely in a multi-disciplinary scrum team to deliver responsive websites, high quality web and mobile applications alongside gaining experience in modern cloud deployment best practice.
  • Develop new user-facing features using React.JS.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Keep all the parts of the application testable and develop automatic tests for the app.
  • Support, develop and improve the platforms as new features are added.
  • Review all features and plan future upgrades with other teams.
  • Enhance application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end team.
Requirements:
- At least 3yrs experience in a similar role
- We require a solid knowledge of React
- A thorough knowledge of RESTful interfaces
- Proven experience in building and testing complex JavaScript applications
- Strong experience with Redux & Typescript
- Ideally had some commercial experience working with AWS
- Understanding of full product development life cycle
- Familiarity working in an agile environment and working within Scrum teams
- A basic knowledge of backend development would be an advantage
- As would experience in integration of third-party payment systems, validation services, etc.
- Good problem solving abilities
- A relevant degree or equivalent, although experience can count as an alternative - Intermediate level English
