Product Owner

You manage our product together with your team and other Product Owners to enable feature teams in effectively developing new features and creating state-of-the-art cloud software for everything around our injection molding machines. The main goal of our Product Owners is developer experience. Your tasks and responsibilities as a PO include the following:

• first contact person for the feature teams as well as other POs and stakeholders
• managing, prioritizing, and clearly communicating Product Backlog items and ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understandable
• day to day work with your teams
• representing the teams in front of the stakeholders
• developing a strategy for the platform
• using tools as Story Maps, Design Thinking, and others to visualize and explain the work to be done

Requirements:

• experience as a Product Owner, Project manager or Developer in a Scrum Team
• fluent English (B2 - both verbal and written) is required for this position. German is advantage.
• agile mindset and methodological competence in the field of agile software development (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• project management experience in software development
• communication skills, distinct ability to work in a team, confident appearance as well as a high degree of independence
• experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) desirable

• university degree (focus on IT) or completed high school education with work experience (ideally 3 or more years of experience)
