Technical Project Manger/Team Lead/Architect

We are currently working on an own-product — the creation of an international marketplace super app that provides not only the ability to place ads, but also has an expanded functionality for business users, including a multi-channel management system, a secure e-wallet, messaging (including video, voice and text), and an affiliate programme.

The super app is currently at the prototype stage, but the launch is imminent.

As the team lead/technical project manager you will be responsible for supporting and managing the execution of complex projects using MicroServices Architectural Design Plan and through the overall project delivery process, including project planning, scheduling, costing, execution, and risk management.

You will need to actually code including delivering some modules within the MicroService Plan and not just be a communicative Team Lead/Project Manager. This role interfaces with internal and external resource providers across Technology, Digital, Data, Business and Security to deliver plans which you create.

Responsibilities

• Leading a small technical teams in 3 europeans countries, you will take ownership of the legacy stack and future architecture of this by suggesting architectural and structural solutions for the project

• Manage the teams and allocate work

• Refactor and restructure the existing project components and completely rewrite components of the project where necessary

• Develop and implement new features and functions

• Develop and run automatic tests

• Mentor junior developers
