Senior Business (IT) Analyst for a bank

Ideally, you would be a senior IT Business Analyst, who will help an international bank based in Prague with development of application. 

• Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into user stories for development.
• Collaborating with UX, product teams, and other senior business analysts.
• Supporting incident remediation post-production.
• Conducting user testing, managing stakeholder relationships, and producing documentation.
• Working within an Agile/SCRUM setup.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Economics/Math).
• 5+ years experience in business analysis (financial services preferred).
• Strong English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of business processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• SQL, Jira, Analytical skills, Independent logical and analytical thinking, Team player, open minded, proactive and good communication skills
• Must be based in the Czech Republic
• Nice to have:
  • Regulatory knowledge (MiFIR, MIFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR)
  • Some past programming experience
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Confluence, Scrum
